the original synopsis is still stuck to the back but the tape has affected the coating on the front in two 2x2cm patches (near the left edge top and the right edge bottom)

Approximately ten tiny tears and very mild creasing on the left edge

additional diagonal fold line from the left center fold intersection up to the top edge
