Made from the peels of the Sfusato Amalfitano lemon, this elongated, spindle shape lemon only grows on the Amalfi Coast. Twice the size of the average lemon and much less acidic, this genus is protected by the Italian government and enjoys Indicazione Geografica Protetta (IGP) status.
