Eladio Pineiro Albarino "Envidiacochina", 2019 Pinot Grigio dark fruit with simple yetRipe pomelo citrus notes. Nutty, big and plenty. 100% Albarino aged on the lees. The aging on the lees gives it its rich, nutty, more cashmere, slightly oxidized side of the wine. The bottle notes it was bottled on a "flower" day, which indicates it follows the biodynamic calendar for wine so, ideally you should drink this on a flower day in the biodynamic calendar.
