Storm Point Chenin Blanc, 2019 Saint-Veran Densità / Planting Density: 4000Chenin Blanc arrived in South Africa from the Loire Valley courtesy of the Dutch in the 1600s. Again, Chenin Blanc is a "blank canvas" upon which terroir and winemaking techniques are painted upon. Storm Point is vibrant; Left on lees for 5 months to add weight and texture, but Malolactic fermentation was blocked to maintain freshness and acidity. 100% Chenin Blanc.
