I'm not sure if German or American, but I'd guess 1920s or so, and very sweet. Nice scale and weight. House: 3 1 2 x 3 1 4 x 2 7 8. Garage: l3 1 4 x 3 x 2 1 12. The roof of the (double faced) house shows losses along the edge on one side, maybe from a mouse
