with bright and colorfully painted equipment and

many of the phrases filling the pages of this notebook feel both extremely significant relative to the moment in American history at which they were written

which looks like a sort of horned

Certainly this old guy once sat on a sulky behind a horse as part of a fine antique weathervane

Based on a couple of (super sweet!) hand drawn maps, I believe our Willis likely lived in Port Jefferson in Suffolk County, NY, on the North Shore of Long Island.
