(Look at the back!) I am not an expert but am pretty certain this is Ottoman, and specifically Greek Ottomon, from the Epirus region, where Ottoman embroidery traditions blended with Greek cultural motifs and Byzantine heritage. Used for both domestic display and ceremonial purposes, I believe this is
