or a deck of playing cards too--and it seems that both the top and bottom lids come off

Cigar Box City Tower colored ink drawing an Austrian popularizer of naturalSuch a charmer of a piece of folk architecture I think, resourcefully made of cigar box wood and exuberantly painted in a yellow grid with graphite drawn front door (and tiny clock overhead) and window panes, which offer a view of the stairs zig zagging diagonally from top to bottom on one short side. I'm not sure if there was ever a base to match the roof it doesn't appear so, and as is the open bottom would allow one to stash some secret things
