2023 Paul Gosset 'La Tonnelle' Coteaux Rouge, Champagne, France Vini Viti Vinci with altitudes ranging from 210Funnily enough, the Gosset family started their production of still wines prior to making sparkling (which started in the 30s). This is all Pinot Noir grapes from a lieu dit "Loiselu", planted in 1972 near the village of Ay. Year in a half in old wood before being bottled. A mere 500 btls of this wine was made.
