2022 Luis Pato Parcela Candido, Beiras, Portugal Forthave Soils in this up-and-coming region100% Cercial from the Formal vineyard, in the heart of Ois do Barrio where the soil in Bairrada is at its chalkiest. It was fermented and aged in used Chestnut barrels for about 6 months, before aging in bottle a further year before release.
