2024 Les Horées, Pernand Vergelesses 1er Cru rouge Les Fichots Manenti Frantz's rose petillantVariety: Pinot Noir Terroir: From a northeast facing, cool, late ripening site. Viticulture: Purchased grapes, organic and biodynamic (not certified), plowed by horse. All of the farming done by Catharina since 2022. Vinification: 50 80% whole cluster, ambient yeast fermentation in stainless steel with no added SO2, aged for 10 12 months in used barrels, minimal added SO2 after malolactic fermentation.
