The bowl having an everted rim above a stepped globular body which is decorated with repousse work and also finely engraved, the bowl having a blank cartouche (no engraved monogram or family crest). Raised on a domed foot with corresponding decoration below a ribbed waist, the bowl is stamped with a Dublin hallmark with the date letter "Q" for 1911 and also stamped
