Domaine Chandon de Briailles Corton-Marechaudes 2012 OLDRIOJA From the producer: Deep BlueChandon de Briailles is one of the great traditionalist domaines of the Cote de Beaune, farmed biodynamically and worked by horse, with cellar work that leans heavily on whole cluster fermentation and minimal intervention. This Corton Marechaudes sits on the eastern slope of the Corton hill, just below Corton Bressandes, on iron rich limestone soils that the domaine has farmed for decades. At thirteen years from vintage, the 2012 is now drinking
