Because the Sauternes appellation can only produce sweet wine, the estate's dry white wears a Bordeaux Blanc label, but the source is exactly that same hallowed slope of vines next to Yquem. Lions de Suduiraut is the accessible dry cuvee, a Smillon dominant blend with Sauvignon Blanc and a touch of Sauvignon Gris, raised partly in barrel for texture. The 2023
