This Cuvee is vinified partly in oak barrels (topped up - so not oxidised) and partly in vats

reaching a good concentration with freshness

The tannins are chalky and havent yet had time to integrate

licorice and rose petals

The intense flavors of ripe raspberries and peaches are combined with a zest of candied lemon that ends in a juicy and pleasant acidity resulting in a lip-smacking finish
